How are shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges are calculated by volumetric weight, in the payment screen. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores or Mediterranean islands.

When do you not pay shipping costs? For purchases over € 75 in Spain and € 300 in the rest of Europe, shipping is free.

What happens if the merchandise arrives damaged? You let us know and we will immediately make the replacement, without lengthy procedures or delays.
